Palm Springs Casita

When designing Casita Vista the goal was to have a highly-functional smaller living space while capturing the incredible views. With the inclusion of a detached casita opening to spacious courtyard and including a convenient kitchenette guests will feel they are in the lap of luxury while still being close to the main house. We bring a touch of California contemporary to the finishes while still feeling very Colorado. The juxtaposition of the light, bright, clean lines along with the black steel accents and the grey stained wood bring a feel of added warmth and sophistication. The home features a large covered patio in which to absorb the views and double sliding doors to open the interior living space outside. With the capability for this small footprint home to work on just about any lot size makes it a great option just about anywhere within Ventana or elsewhere in Redlands Mesa or the grand valley.
